Catering options available for your corporate event, family charter or fishing adventure

ONBOARD CATERING OPTIONS

Subject to specific numbers and needs of cruise catering – food, beverages and service is an additional cost. We are happy to accommodate your catering and dietary requirements onboard Auckland’s Exodus Boat Charter.

Our catering options are flexible to your needs – you could choose a relaxing BBQ or a more elaborate set menu. Please be sure to contact us if you had something else in mind, to see how we can accommodate you.

BBQ CATERING OPTION

BBQ lunch or Dinner, for trips over 6 hours this includes all day food, i.e. morning and afternoon teas, snacks etc $65 per person
BYO fee $15 per person
Exodus can provide you with unique catering options to meet your requirements.  POA

All prices are GST exclusive and we also have sample menus for private dinner parties and specialize in catering to design, please contact us if we can help in any way. We also have a full equipment hire service and alcohol packages available. Note any breakages, losses or repairs will be charged, Staff costing will be based on actual hours worked plus an hour either side of the charter for set up and clean up.

The Char Grill (select 3):
  • 200gm scotch fillet with a Peppered balsamic marinade
  • Rosemary and garlic rubbed leg of lamb, homemade mint jelly
  • Moroccan spiced pork sirloin, lime pickle dressing
  • Crispy skin South island salmon, red pepper aioli and lemon
  • Cajun rubbed chicken breast, boccocini mozzarella and avocado aioli
  • Sumac rubbed Angus sirloin with minted hollandaise
